The Making of Rich New York Cheese Cake

Cheese cake is one of my mummy's favourite..
so she baked one together with me at night..

Preparation of digestive biscuit base
Some salted crackers
Then you tumbuk it like that,
till it turns powdery..
Add margarine into the powder-form crackers

Press the digestive biscuit base onto the bottom of springform tin.


[DONE]


Ingredients

Preparation of fillings
Squeeze out cream cheese into a mixing bowl
Cream it with sugar till smooth
Prepare some lemon juice
and also, lemon zest (grated)

** Add lemon juice, lemon zest, flour and vanilla esscence
into the cream cheese and sugar mixture..
*** Cream till well blended

Add some eggs one at a time
Sour cream will be added a moment later..

Creaming everything up in the mixing bowl..
Light and smooth
Pour cheese fillings over the prepared biscuit base
Bake in water bath
Baking process
And finally...!
Cooling process

Period of preparation: 2 hours
The cheese cake is then refrigerated for 5 hours

2+5=7 hours
[pretty long huh?]

** Well, it's my very first time in making cheese cake
and i'm really happy that i succeed..
